South Africa’s Mail & Guardian reports that Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni will enact a law banning female circumcision, or female genital mutilation.
According to a recent United Nations resolution against the practice, between 100 and 140 million women worldwide are victims of the practice.

That is a terrible ordeal for any women having to go through circumcision, I really hope he does get that banned, so no woman has to go through that.
